Work

I head up Product Development at Griffiths Waite, where I lead our technology strategy across engineering, DevOps, architecture, QA, and UI - helping the business scale without compromise. My focus is on enabling teams to build maintainable, resilient products while embedding AI, cloud-native thinking, and automation into our foundations.

About me

My first passion has always been the work I do; I get a lot out of building great teams and great products.

Outside of work however, I have a keen interest in classic cars and motorcycles. I'm most of the way through a custom Datsun 280Z rebuild, which made its way to me all the way from sunny California.

Recently I completed a 2,000+ mile road trip through Europe by motorbike (an incredible experience I can't recommend highly enough). I make sure to get one or two snowboarding trips in a year too…
